The content on this site, including text, design, logos and tools, belongs to Dash Media Limited unless stated otherwise. You may share links to the site freely. Please do not copy, reproduce or republish the content as your own.

The message tool generates suggested wording to help you reach out to someone. The messages are yours to use, edit and send. You are responsible for what you choose to send and to whom.

We offer Reminder in good faith and do our best to keep the information accurate and the site available. But we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the information is complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances, or that the site will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dash Media Limited is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or any service it links to. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.

We have built Reminder to need as little of your information as possible.

The message tool. Anything you type into the message tool (names, your message) is processed in your own browser to generate the wording. It is not sent to us, stored by us, or saved on any server. When you copy the message and send it from your own phone or email, that happens entirely on your device, through your own apps. We never see it.

Information we do collect. We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, to understand in aggregate how the site is used (for example, how many people visit a page and which concerns are most used). This does not identify you, does not track you across other websites, and does not use tracking cookies. Our web host may also keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and to keep the site running, as is normal for any website.

If you contact us. If you email us, we will have whatever you choose to share (such as your name and email) and will use it only to reply to you.

Your rights. Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Contact us at the address below.

Reminder does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics (Plausible) is cookieless. We may use only essential cookies needed for the site to function. Because we do not set non-essential or tracking cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner.

Reminder links to external organisations, support services and videos. We share these because we think they are helpful, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
