What is Reminder?
Reminder is a free wellbeing resource for everyone in Aotearoa New Zealand. Pick what's on your mind and you'll find practical, evidence-informed things that help, plus a simple way to reach out to someone you care about.
It was made by Brad Hook, who has worked for two decades in wellbeing and human performance. The idea was simple: not every workplace can bring in support, and most of us don't want a lecture anyway. We just want something useful for the thing we're carrying right now. Reminder is free, private, and here whenever you need it. It grows through the year around each national wellbeing theme.
