You're not the only one
Running on empty
When you've got nothing left in the tank.
You're not alone
Depletion builds up slowly until one day there's nothing left to give. It's a signal, not a failing. It's your system asking for recovery. Energy comes back when recovery becomes real instead of theoretical.
What can help
- Protect sleep first. Almost everything is harder on an empty tank.
- Build in genuine recovery, not just collapse-and-scroll. A walk, real rest, time off a screen.
- Eat and drink properly. Low energy is sometimes just low fuel.
- Subtract before you add. What can come off the list this week?
- Watch for the difference between tired and depleted. Depleted needs more than one good night.
